Automatic Gate Mates did a great job on or 18 foot slide gate, pedestrian gate and matching fence. There were some minor mishaps along the way, but I’m giving them 5 stars because they took care of those things without a problems. Joey the estimator worked with our design and made changes along the way. The installer, Michael and his crew were great! The welders/fabricators do excellent work!We got 3 estimates and they were very competitive with one and the other was way too high to even consider.One tip I would give is make sure every detail is talked about up front and in writing so there are no questions throughout the process.I will recommend Automatic Gate Mates to anyone looking for a high quality slide gate.
Working with Michael and his team was a great experience! From the beginning, he provided a fair quote, and he was always quick to respond when we had any questions. He was punctual, reliable, and just an all-around nice guy who really cares about his work.A few weeks after our gate was installed, we wanted to tweak some of the settings. Michael came out right away to make the adjustments, and he didn’t charge us for the visit! He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions. Automatic Gate Mates is beyond amazing. I am so glad I found them as they are talented. We had a pretty extensive job… fixing the hinges on a very heavy gate that had fallen to the ground, installing a new gate opener and installing a MyQ gateway. We had some challenges getting the devices to communicate consistently With each other. Joye did a great job helping resolve the issue even though it took numerous additional hours. I just can't share how wonderful "Automatic Gate Mates" is!!! In the beginning, I am definitely nervous about this project due to I never did a driveway and pedestrian gates before, also I am kinda high standard designer too, so a bit worry. But during the collaboration, Michael, Joye were responsive and informative, we did some pre-install meeting even the details, like wood , screws and other. On the installation date, they are so professional on gate, fabrication, and cosmetic craftmanship. Turn out the result is way better than I expected. So happy to find them work with them, definitely highly recommended!!

Those guys are pros. They are very professional. They know exactly what they are doing and are flexible for additional requests. My job was to correct and install a heavy duty hinge for my driveway gate and gate opener arm welding/installation.
The team at Automate Gate Mates came out to fix an alignment issue I had with the large swing gate at our house. Even though the original installers (a different company that I'm not sure exists any longer) installed the hinges without leveling them, the crew from Automatic Gate Mates came out, thoroughly inspected the gate, and told me before they even left how much it would cost to fix the issue.The team came out the following day and had the gate fixed and operating as it should have been from the start in a few hours. The crew cleaned up after themselves and reset the automatic gate limiter as well.Don't hesitate to call them and trust their work.

Michael and Sergey repaired my gate system a few months ago and I have to say, it's worked perfectly ever since!!! I'll be having him back out in a week or so to grease the hinges and give the system a "check up". l've had a few companies do repairs over the 10+ years we've lived here but the work never held up for long. Michael knows his stuff! He also installs gates and motors etc, so we'll likely have him upgrade our old system when finances allow. Highly recommended these guys!

When our 23 year old FAAC gate opener stopped working, I called three gate opener installers to see if it could be repaired. It was ultimately determined that compatible repair parts were no longer available. Of the three installers that came out, Michael was the only one that took a few minutes to try to find a fix. I ended up getting three quotes for replacing the opener and Gate Mates was the most cost effective. The new opener was installed and is working great. Michael and his crew were great to work with as we sorted out undocumented wiring and ultimately got everything working.
